Do you ship internationally? 
Currently, we are only shipping within the U.S.

When will my order ship? 
We will ship your order as soon as possible. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.

We offer the following shipping options for domestic orders. We do not offer two-day or next day shipping on orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

Standard Shipping 
Standard orders placed before 2 P.M. PST Monday through Friday excluding holidays are processed within 1-2 business days.

  • Most Standard orders are delivered within 5-9 business days after shipping.
  • Delivery for locations in Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico may take up to 14-21 business days.

2nd Day Shipping 
2nd Day orders placed before 2:00 PM CST Monday through Friday excluding holidays are processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability. 2nd Day orders placed after 2:00 PM CST will be processed and shipped the next business day.

  • Orders shipped via 2nd Day Service are delivered within 2 business days after shipping.
  • Two-day shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

P.O. Box or Military APO / FPO Addresses

  • Most items may be shipped to a P.O. Box or Military APO / FPO addresses, but some restrictions apply.
  • Orders being sent to P.O. Boxes or Military APO / FPO addresses must be shipped via the United States Postal Service and cannot be shipped via 2nd Day or Next Day.

Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico

  • We cannot offer expedited shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
  • Shipping to these states and territories can take up to 14-21 business days.
  • If you need to change the delivery address for an order that has already been placed, please contact us within 4 hours of order placement at hello@drcure7.com. After 4 hours, you will have to reach out to the shipping carrier directly to make modifications once you receive your tracking number.
      

SHIPPING RULES & RESTRICTIONS 

Certain Dr Cure 7 products require special handling as required by federal, state and local regulations. Shipment of certain products to some locations may not be possible. If this impacts your order, we will notify you via email. If you wish to provide a physical address in the United States to which we can deliver, we will be happy to adjust your order.

  • Most items may be shipped to a P.O. Box or Military APO / FPO addresses, but some restrictions apply.
  • Orders being sent to P.O. Boxes or Military APO / FPO addresses must be shipped via the United States Postal Service and cannot be shipped via 2nd Day. 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES 

Do you offer returns?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please send an email to hello@drcure7.com within 10 days of your purchase and request a return authorization with your mailing information. Simply return the unused portion in its original packaging, and we will provide you an account credit for the full amount of your purchase, less shipping charges once we receive the return.  We accept returns up to 10 days after purchase.

How long does it take to process a return? 
Once your return is received, we will process your return as soon as possible. Please allow up to 7 business days for processing. 

What happens if my products arrived damaged? 
Upon delivery, please inspect the shipping carton for any damage that may have occurred during transit; it is not unusual for the shipping carton to show some wear. If, however, you received damaged or unusable items, please retain the original box, packing materials, and product and contact us immediately at hello@drcure7.com. Please make sure to include your order number, and pictures of the damage we can best assist you.

BILLING 

What forms of payment do you accept? 
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express. 

When will my card be charged? 
Your card will be charged as soon as the order is placed, up to 24 hours.

How do I update my billing and shipping information? 
Please visit your account profile page and update your information as needed.
